FOOD & PORTIONS

Build a meal. Adjust what was eaten.

Save foods in your library, then choose them for a meal. Change the amount served and eaten with the plus and minus buttons or type an amount. Carbohydrates update from the food information you saved, and leftovers can be kept for another meal.

Example SimplyGluco meals screen
The serving reference stays on the left; your editable portions are on the right. Orchard Oat Bowl is a made-up food, with example amounts and nutrition.

STOCK & SHOPPING

See what you have—and what you need.

Track food packages, diabetes supplies, and prescriptions. Check what is running low, add items to a shopping list, and update stock when purchases arrive. Food nutrition stays in the Food Library.

Example SimplyGluco pantry screen
Orchard Oats and Meadow Oats are made-up foods with sample stock counts. Pantry lets you add either item directly to your shopping list.

CONNECTED DEVICES

Bring in a reading, or enter it yourself.

Use supported glucose meters and food scales to reduce typing. Compatibility depends on your device and browser, and some connections need a helper app. Manual entry is available when you do not have a connected device.

The device screen separates adding a meter or scale from testing and help. These example devices are not connected.

CALENDAR & MONITORING

Keep everyday routines in view.

Organize appointments, school schedules, and family events. Alongside the calendar, monitoring tools let you record checks such as weight, height, and ketones, with reminders for routines you set.

The Today display puts the day’s events around the date. This made-up example shows a work shift, a school day off, an appointment, and a reminder.

HISTORY & REPORTS

Make the next appointment easier to prepare for.

Keep glucose readings, insulin records, injection sites, and meal history together. Choose a report and a date range to review patterns, then print it for a conversation with your care team.

The report chooser groups care, food, supplies, and trends. This screen shows report options, not someone’s care results.

YOUR RECORDS. YOUR STORAGE.

Know where your information lives.

Choose how you keep your records as part of your SimplyGluco setup.

On your device

Local storage keeps records in the browser on that device. They do not automatically appear on another phone or computer. Clearing browser data or losing the device can remove them.

In your own cloud storage

A connected setup can use web or cloud storage that you provide and manage. Devices using that same setup can access the saved records through an internet connection. This requires separate setup; signing in alone does not create storage.

Storage and backups are your responsibility.

SimplyGluco does not provide cloud storage or an online or offline backup service. You are responsible for your storage account, any provider charges, and keeping a separate backup of your records.

A FEW PRACTICAL DETAILS

Before you begin.

Can I use it on a phone or computer?

The web tracker can be opened in a browser on a phone, tablet, or computer. Connected meters and scales have their own compatibility requirements.

What if I do not have a connected meter?

You can enter a glucose reading by hand. A connected meter or scale is optional.

Does SimplyGluco replace my care team?

No. It helps organize records and routines. Follow your care team’s instructions for treatment and changes to your diabetes care plan.
